A real gem of a find at half the price of other 4-star hotels in Florence, the hotel offers sophisticated rooms with a very modern shower setup. The reception, breakfast, and bar area on the ground floor create a welcoming atmosphere, but some minor room maintenance issues were noted.

The service here was exceptional. The staff were very kind, fully informed us about on-street parking arrangements, and even gave great suggestions for local dining on a Sunday night. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly made our stay memorable.

The hotel's location was fine for us as we enjoy walking. It's a bit of a trek, approximately a 25-minute walk to the Firenze Cathedral and other main attractions, but the hotel is in a very quiet area, away from the tourist crowds.

The dining experience was very good, and we were pleased with the choices available. However, some issues with the booking payment process and a broken shower were a bit of a letdown. Also, the paid parking space for motorcycles seemed excessive.
